1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EggFlow's website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EggFlow regarding your use of our egg farm management and distribution platform.

2. Description of Services

EggFlow provides:

  • An online platform for purchasing fresh, farm-sourced eggs
  • Egg reservation and pre-ordering capabilities
  • Delivery and pickup coordination services
  • Account management and order history tracking
  • Farm management tools for authorized staff and administrators

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Types

Different account types (Customer, Shop Staff, Farm Staff, Manager) have different permissions and capabilities within the platform. Access to certain features is restricted based on your assigned role.

4. Orders, Payments, and Pricing

4.1 Placing Orders

  • • All orders are subject to product availability
  • • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
  • • Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment
  • • Prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (₱) and are subject to change

4.2 Payment Terms

  • • Payment is due at the time of order or upon delivery as specified
  • • We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout
  • • All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
  • • You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution

4.3 Reservations

  • • Reservations hold products for a specified period (typically 24-48 hours)
  • • Unclaimed reservations may be automatically cancelled
  • • Reservation policies may vary; check specific terms at time of booking
  • • We will notify you of reservation status via email or SMS

5. Product Quality and Freshness

We are committed to providing high-quality, fresh eggs. Our quality standards include:

  • Eggs are collected daily from our partner farms
  • All products are graded according to quality standards
  • Batch tracking ensures traceability from farm to customer
  • Products are stored and transported under appropriate conditions
  • Expiration dates are clearly marked on all products

6. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup options are subject to the following terms:

  • Delivery is available within our designated service areas
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • You must be available to receive delivery at the specified address
  • Failed delivery attempts may result in additional charges
  • Pickup orders must be collected within the specified timeframe
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

7. Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • Refunds are only provided for damaged or defective products reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Photo evidence of damage may be required
  • Replacement or store credit may be offered instead of refunds
  • No refunds for orders cancelled after dispatch

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
  • Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
  • Resell products purchased through our platform without authorization
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or our staff

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the EggFlow name and branding, are owned by EggFlow and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • • EggFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question
  • • We are not responsible for third-party actions, delivery delays due to force majeure, or user negligence
  • • The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EggFlow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Laguna, Philippines.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
